Job description
SharePoint Architect to provide professional consulting services in SPS2003, MOSS2007

* Experience in providing solutions in infrastructure, migration, intranet and internet portal engagements related to SharePoint
* Good knowledge and experience in working with .NET and related areas, including SQL Server 2000, 2005 and upcoming versions
* Will oversee and participate in architectural design, development, customization for multiple projects
* Actively participate in technical estimations and provide solution approaches for RFPs
* Ability to lead a team of developers to deliver SharePoint projects with necessary software development processes
* Ability to gather software requirements and convert them into design specifications
* Ability to effectively model, present and communicate infrastructure architecture to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Developing custom SharePoint components, including workflows, web parts, features and templates

Skills required
* Advanced knowledge of business workflows and in-depth understanding of the capabilities of SPS2003,
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and SharePoint Designer 2007
* In-depth experience in Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence

* Development experience with Microsoft.NET technologies is also required (ASP.NET 2.0/3.0, C#, XML,
IIS, BizTalk Server, SQL Server).
* Knowledge of .NET Framework,
Web 2.0 and experience working in the full Software Development Life Cycle
* Prior experience in Technical estimations and Solution Architecture a must
* Professional development experience in 3-4 MOSS 2007/ SPS2003 projects preferred
* Strong Object Oriented Programming background.
* Preferred prior experience in working with software development methodologies such as Scrum or Agile
* Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database development including Table Design, Stored Procedure Development and exposure to SSIS and SSAS.
* Experience in third-party products like DocAve, Tsunami, Quest, Bamboo and Newsgator

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
