Skills Required: Developer/ Senior Developer: Microsoft Technologies (Job Code: .Net)
·         3 to 6 years of experience in at least one programming language (Visual Basic, C, C#, 2.0/3.5 etc.)
·         Experience creating effective web based user interfaces is desired, including the use of ASP.NET User Controls, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Web Services, XML/XSLT, SOAP and AJAX and Design Patterns.
·         Working experience in object-oriented design (OOAD, UML, Design Patterns etc.)
·         Experience with SQL Server/ TSQL/ Oracle, Reporting Services preferred.
·         Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
·         Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
·         Ability to establish and meet realistic development schedules.

Skills Required: Manual Testers (Job Code: Manual Testing)
·         3 to 4 years of experience in software QA – Manual Testing
·         Perform Manual Testing for assigned projects
·         Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate business requirements
·         Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan
·         Implement initiatives for test process improvements
·         Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes

Skills Required: QTP (Job Code: Automation Engineer)
·         3 - 4 years technical experience performing software quality engineering, using Windows operating systems with experience in both desktop and web applications. Testing both manually and with test tools;
·         Hands on experience of Quality Center (Test Plan, Test Lab and Defect modules)
·         Comprehensive knowledge of test automation tools including HP Quality Center and HP Quick Test Pro products, Win runner
·         Thorough understanding of Software Engineering/Testing principles, product life cycles, and quality risk analysis techniques;
·         Technical knowledge of Windows platforms (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 2008 server) .NET Framework, browsers, web technologies (Classic ASP, .NET);
·         Strong VB QTP scripting and SQL

Skills Required: Load Runner (Job Code: Performance Engineer)
·         2 to 4 years of experience in performance testing using HP Load Runner
·         Strong experience in creating Load Runner test scripts and test scenarios
·         Good SQL knowledge and hands on experience
·         Hands on Experience in C language
·         Strong communication skills essential
·         Experience in VBA (Excel Macros) is desirable
·         HP LR Certification is desirable

For all the above positions, candidates should have the following:

·         Strong academic background in Engineering or related field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA)
·         Aptitude to learn and work on large scale solutions
·         Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

The following candidates need not apply:

·         Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company
·         Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
·         Candidates who have applied in the last 3 months
