Education:
B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Engg, Electronics/Electrical) or MCA

Soft skills :
-          Excellent teamwork.
-          People with very good communication skills and attitude is a MUST
-          Familiar with clearcase, clearquest, SDLC etc.


Position:1

Sr. Software Engineer or Lead Engineer (Java & Server, Middle Layer)
Exp: 6+ yrs experience

Must Have Skills:
-          Strong Java programming skills
-          Object-oriented design expertise & design patterns, Algorithm analysis/implementation, Excellent debugging skills
-          Collections, Threading, Synchronization, Memory management, I/O systems, Interrupts, Micro-architectures
-          XML handling in Java Applications
-          Familiarity with Web servers (tomcat & Apache)


Position:2
Sr. Software Engineer (Java & Server, Middle Layer)
Exp: 5+ yrs experience

Must Have Skills:
-          Strong Java programming skills
-          Object-oriented design expertise, Algorithm analysis/implementation, Excellent debugging skills
-          Threading, Synchronization, Memory management, I/O systems, Interrupts, Micro-architectures
-          XML handling in Java Applications
-          Familiarity with Web servers (tomcat & Apache)

Domain : Mobile Must have
-          GSM/UMTS network and protocol knowledge
-          Hands on experience with mobile monitoring and troubleshooting product development
-          IMS and CDMA2K knowledge is desirable

Position:3
Software Engineer or Sr SW Engineer (Flex & UI)
Experience : 5+ Years in (2+ in Flex)

Must Have Skills:
-          Experience on Flexbuilder, OO ActionScript 2.0/3.0 programming for flex, design patterns. Good Algorithm analysis/implementation, Excellent debugging skills.
-          Experience in BlazeDS/FDS/LCDS .
-          Experience in MVC frameworks like cairngorm, pureMVC or mate.

Preferred:
-          Experience in designing web-based interfaces.
-          Experience on DHTML/JavaScript and web designing tools like Photoshop etc for rapid prototyping.
-          Experience in integrating with Java based servers preferred.
