Oracle DBA (3-6 Yrs)	Oracle 10g RAC Database Administration, Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery, Oracle 10g Application Server Administration, Oracle Physical Standby implementation/maintenance. System administration on AIX, Unix Scripting, Change control management
