IBM WCM Developers (35 postions)


Role: Developing Web Sites Using IBM Lotus Workplace Web Content Management. Experience in workflow and Components of IBM Lotus Workplace Web Content Management. Developing Multi Language and Single Language websites in IBM WCM.

Exp range: 1-3yrs (out of which 1-1.5yrs extensively on IBM WCM)

Key skills required:

  • Experience in development of sites in IBM WCM
  • Experience in IBM WCM Components
  • Experience in development of multi lingual/single language sites
  • Knowledge on themes and skins
  • User role management in IBM WCM sites
  • Development sites in Content Viewer approach (Local Rendering Portlet) Or in Presentation Templates
  • Experience in handling login functionalities and Search in WCM Sites

L1 Technical Support Engineer (IMS Windows Team-5 postions)


Role: The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing 24x7 Desktop, LAN support functions for IMS. In addition the incumbent will handle Desktop, LAN, Software Installations, and Phones incidents

Exp range: 1-3yrs

Key skills required:
  • Experience in handling DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Proxy Servers
  • Good Communication and listening skills
  • 24x7 Desktop support
  • Basic Knowledge about Leased Lines, ISDN lines Video Conferencing.
  • Should have Basic MS Office knowledge
  • Basic MCSE Knowledge/Certified


L1 Network Engineer (IMS Networks Team-5 positions)


Role: The Network Engineer is responsible for providing 24x7 Network support functions for GSS America and clients. In addition the incumbent will handle network incidents, generate daily/weekly/monthly reports, monitor networks, and handle client calls whenever required

Exp Range: 1.5yrs to 4yrs

Key skills required:
  • LAN and WAN trouble shooting Skills
  • Experience in handling VPN connections & MUX. (E1 & modems)
  • Experience in handling Network monitoring tools
  • Knowledge about Switch Commands
  • Candidates having CCNA certification would be added advantage
  • Good Communications and listening skills

L2 Network Security Engineer (IMS Networks team-5 positions)


Role: The Network Security Engineer would be responsible for handling 24x7 security administration which includes Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Antivirus/Content filtering along with administration of LAN/WAN/VOIP including routing (EIGRP/OSPF/BGP) and switching.

Exp Range: 3.5yrs to 6yrs

Key skills required:
  • Desired certification: CCNP or CCSP
  • Experience on network security concepts and network security devices
  • Monitoring, Management / sustenance of Security Products / Security technology areas such as Firewalls /IDS/Antivirus Gateways/ Content filtering software.
  • Plan, design, and implement Data (LAN/WAN), Voice (Avaya/ Cisco IPT/IPCC) and Security (ASA) infrastructure
  • Hands on experience on routing protocols (EIGRP/OSPF/BGP etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across culture.

Liferay Developer (20 positions)


Role: Coding and configuring Liferay Portlets, custom Portlets and JSR-168 Portlets in Liferay environment. Deployment of Liferay on JBoss App server, JSP, ServLet, POJO , MS , JDBC, Hibernate.

Exp Range: 2-4yrs


Key skills required:
  • Hands on coding and configuring Liferay Portlets, custom Portlets and JSR-168 Portlets in Liferay environment.
  • Hands on coding on JBoss App server, JSP, ServLet, POJO, JMS, JDBC, Hibernate

Java Team Lead (5 positions)


Exp Range: 4yrs+

Key skills required:
  • 3+ years of exp in Java ( Spring , Hibernate, open source and licensed Portals , ERP , CRM , JMS, J2EE transactions , SOA )
  • 1+ years of exp as TL in CMMI LEVEL 3 company
  • Working experience in Project server 2007/ MPP and quality audits and Processes
  • Good in communication

Java Senior Project Lead (3 positions)


Exp Range: 5yrs+

Key skills required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Java ( Spring , Hibernate, open source and licensed Portals , ERP , CRM , JMS, J2EE transactions , SOA )
  • 3+ years of exp in Project Management ( Waterfall, Agile ) with a CMMi level 3 company ( Should have handled a team of 8+)
  • Working experience in Project server 2007/MPP and quality audits and Processes
  • Very good in communications and customer interfacing

MOSS Developers (5 positions)


Exp Range: 3-4yrs

Key skills required:
  • Must have experience in MOSS 2007/WSS 3.0 with the main focus on Custom Web Parts Development using SharePoint Libraries, Work Flows, Business Data Catalog, Active Directory and Forms Server Authentication, Excel Services, InfoPath Services, Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007.
  • Good to have experience in Single Sign On,SharePoint Designer, Office Integration, Windows Workflow Foundation,Multi Lingual Development, Developing Business Intelligence dash boards
