Engineer – M&P - Forming

Experience : 2-5 years
Qualification : BE or MS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial engineering
Domain : Aircraft / Automotive
Requirement :
  • At least two years of experience in aircraft/automotive sheet metal forming processes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Modeling and pre-processing experience using Catia V5 and Hyperform/Hypermesh would be preferred.
  • Experience is using LS-Dyna or Abaqus would be plus.
Job Profile :
The engineer in this position will be responsible for computational modeling and analysis of Cessna’s sheet forming processes. He/She will collaborate with Material and Process Engineers to optimize part and process design of new parts, as well as optimizing/altering processes for current parts.

Engineer – M&P - Metals

Experience : Minimum 5 years
Qualification : BE/MS in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
Domain : Aerospace (Specifically aerospace materials)
Requirement :

  • Must be fluent in English with good oral communication and writing skills.
  • Must be proficient with PC based computer software applications.
  • Experience with fasteners and fastener testing would be a plus.

Job Profile :
Provide Material and Process engineering support for the various engineering and production activities associated with design and manufacture of aerospace components and assemblies including:
  • perform statistical analysis of material test data to support supplier qualification and design properties;
  • write / revise material and process specifications;
  • evaluate and support regional suppliers;
  • design review;
  • write engineering reports.

Design Engineer

Experience : 2-4 Years
Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Domain : Aerospace
Requirement :
  • Professional demeanor, excellent verbal communication skill
  • CATIA experience is necessary.
  • Prior experience in aircraft design (structural or systems) is preferred.
Job Profile :
Responsible for developing, planning, organizing and conducting complex design assignments. Candidate will be required to perform duties in support of new product and sustaining designs. This will include coordination with other Engineering and technical groups to develop, implement, monitor and status assignments

Engineer – System Design

Experience : Minimum of 2 years with a BS, or minimum of 1 year with a MS in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
Qualification : Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Proficient with CATIA V5 and industry drafting standards.
Domain : Aerospace
Requirement :
  • Strong design and engineering skills required Self-motivation, follow-through, organizational skills, and the ability to work with other departments are necessary.
  • Familiarity with drafting standards Y14.5M and ability to work with CATIA V5 models required.
  • Prior experience in aircraft propulsion and mechanical systems analysis, architecture, simulation and design required.
  • Familiarization with the appropriate Federal Aviation Regulation 14 CFR Part 23, 25, 33, and 34 is desired.

Duties performed are in support of sustaining which may include: coordination with other technical groups and system suppliers, troubleshooting production and field related issues, detailed part design of propulsion mechanical systems related components, and engineering analysis of related systems. Candidate may also support new product development in similar areas. Candidate must be able to work with minimal oversight on powerplant, APU, fuel, ice protection, flight control, hydraulic, and landing gear systems installation issues and be well versed in domestic and foreign certification requirements.

Engineer Specialist

Experience : Minimum of 9 years with a BS, or minimum of 8 years with a MS in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
Qualification : Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
Domain : Aerospace
Requirement :
Strong analytical and simulation skills required Self-motivation, follow-through, organizational skills, and the ability to work with other departments are necessary.
Ability to work with CATIA V5 models and simulation tools required.
Prior experience in aircraft propulsion and mechanical systems analysis, architecture, simulation and design required.
Familiarization with the appropriate Federal Aviation Regulation 14 CFR Part 23, 25, 33, and 34 is desired.
