[EXP] Systems mechatronic recruiting Trims engineer

Hi,

We have multiple vacancies for Trims Engineer for Mahindra and Mahindra automotive Ltd.

The location of posting will be Mumbai.


Job Profile -

Qualification: BE/ME - Mechanical/Automobile / Plastic Engineering

Experience: 2 -5 yrs experience

RESPONSIBILITY:

• To design the trim parts & assemblies as per the given specifications & requirements on performance & weights within the stipulated project timelines.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Designing & modifying trim parts (interior & exterior) to achieve its function & requirements (including homologation).
• Expert in CAD (Catia V5) skills for making concepts & good surfaces. Understanding of surface parameters & quality.
• Designing to be done with consideration of interface packaging, manufacturing, assembly, servicing (field) aspects. To make Assembly and assembly simulations (where ever required)
• To release the design data in the system as per required product data management system within project timeline Creation of Drawings & 3D annotations with proper GD&T and datum points in Catia V5 and Release it for Production.
• To co-ordinate and keep the DFMEA document completed & updated as per design progress
