Maersk is looking for
IT Service Desk process (Ref id: MAAISP):
- Any graduate
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience in BPO / ITES / IT industry
- Domain experience in desktop applications / networking / server platform
- Strong knowledge in Windows / Linux / Unix Systems / Active Directory
- MCSE / MCP / CCNA / CCNP / ITIL / PMP / GB / certifications preferred
For the Finance and Accounting process (Ref ID: MAAFNA)
- Post Graduates in Commerce / C.A. Inter / I.C.W.A. Inter / C.A. / I.C.W.A.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in Finance and Accounts
- Should have experience in Accounts Receivables / General Ledger Accounting
- Working Experience in any ERP tool (SAP Preferred)
- 2 or more years in the role of Team / People Management.
In addition you must have :
- Strong customer focus and service mindset
- Ability to lead, motivate and engage a diverse and large work force
- Strong leadership skills
- Drive to be innovative
- Problem solving ability
- Result orientation
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Age below 35 years
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
