1. PeopleSoft - HRMS Technical / Techno Functional - (Job Code No : 10001SE)
Job Description
• Develops, writes and communicates technical requirements & design between functional team and offshore development team.
• Coordinates specifications, designs logic, development, customization process, tests, debugs, and documents.
• Adheres to development & testing standards
• PeopleSoft development environment experience and knowledge in PeopleSoft tools
• Consults with users and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met.
Skill Requirement
* 3-6 years of experience on the PeopleSoft HRMS system as a developer
* Must have experience in PeopleTools v8.45 or above
OR
PeopelSoft NA Payroll experience
Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Payroll Upgrade project
Strong NA Payroll functional knowledge
Hands on experience on People Tools like App Designer, Application Engine , Application package, Autosys, etc.
Development Tools (Version 8x to 8.49)
• Application Designer, • Peoplecode
• Application Engine, • Integration Broker
• Process Scheduler, • Component Interface
• Workflow
Reporting

2. Peoplesoft - FSCM Technical / Techno Functional - (Job Code No : 10005YA)
Job description
Peoplesoft technical experience of 3-6 years.
Extensive use of Peoplesoft Application Engine
Development Tools (Version 8x to 8.49)
• Application Designer, • Peoplecode
• Integration Broker , •SQR for reports, • Data Manipulation, • System Interfaces.
Worked on specifications and produced documentation for Implementation of PeopleSoft
3. Peoplesoft Admin - (Job Code No : 1000505)
Job description
3- 5 years of Strong PeopleSoft Admin skills with good understanding on PeoplesSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
Some exposure to UDB - Database Administration and Unix Administration (Process/system/file system monitoring)
•Written/Managing complex Unix Shell Scripts
•Knowledge on SQL queries and performance tuning
•Good at analytical and troubleshooting complex issues
•Willing to learn and fast learner
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Pro-active and able to provide improvement ideas.
4. Peoplesoft Testing - (Job Code No : 10001SC)
Job description
3-4 Years of experience in functional/Performance testing of PeopelSoft Application
Testing Tools like QTP, Loadrunner Knowledge
Testing experience in PeopleSoft Payroll Upgrade project
Strong NA Payroll functional knowledge
Good Communincation Skills and Team player
Strong in Advanced SQL and SQR
