Emphasis Career Solutions (ECS) is having 17+ odd client’s in Bangalore. We use to hire freshers for our client’s requirements. We came up with our Training solution partner where we are going to trained you for a months Time on software development life-cycle under our corporate trainers as well as by the senior working professionals from the Top the MNC who are all working as a Sr. Software Engineer having 3-4 Yrs of Experience in Software Development.

Most of the IT training institutes in India never teach the foundation of software engineering (Based on principles of Computer science and discrete Mathematics). They teach very specific IT skills at very high level for quick return on learning. Basic principle of Software Development means "Data Structure" , "Algorithms" , "Software Design Training and Practice" and "Best Coding Practices to Write Bullet-Proof Code". Keeping these facts in mind, ECS has developed the Project which focuses mainly on these basic principle of Software Development.

• We have opening for Java/J2EE( Nos. 20)  &  .Net (Nos. 20)

Pls. make sure the Java Candidates should have sound knowledge in Core Java, JSP & Servelets as well as .Net candidate should have sound knowledge in C# .Net, ASP .NET, ADO. Net.

Selection Procedure:

Aptitude Test & Technical F2F Round of Interview

You need to submit your documents at the time of Processing for the Project Training

 1.        All academic certificate & Markscard Photocopy 

 2.        2 Photographs 
 3.        You need to pay the processing Fee Rs 500/- plus Project cost Rs. 5,000/- when you start your project with us. 
 4.        After placement from our end one month salary in advance after receive your Appointment letter from the client end.
