Pls note that this is normal day shift job. The location is Delhi (only for experienced candidates) & Gurgaon (for both fresher/experienced), & there is no cab facility. This opening is for females only.

Job Description

Attending the customer calls and queries, & providing first level remote support.
Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
Resolving the problem remotely through netmeeting and also telephonic support
Preparing daily and monthly reports
Vendor Management
Training will be provided for freshers.
