Oracle Developer	3-6 years	Candidate must be proficient in Oracle Forms (10g or above), Oracle Reports (10g or above), and  Oracle PL/SQL.
Webshpere Portlet	3 + years	Expertise in Portal Development (Preferably Webshere Portal), Indepth knowledge in JSR 158 / JSR 258, Expertise in Interportlet communication
Java Solution Architect	7+ Years	Relational Data Base Management (RDBMS) knowledge (preferably Oracle), Java / J2EE, JDBC, JSF, Spring, Struts, Experience in developing frameworks, Architectural concepts, Peformance Tuning, Project Management .
Data  Migration Developer	3 + years	PL/SQL, Oracle Work Bench, Life and Pension Insurance experience.
Data Migration Application Architect	6-8 years	PL/SQL, Oracle Work Bench, Life and Pension Insurance experience, Project Management,  Data Migration Project Execution Experience, Working experience in a Web Project.
Insurance domain Tester	3+ years	Mandatory to have Insurance knowledge on Life & Pension Tester, PL/SQL, Testing knowledge QTP(preferable)
Oracle DBA/ Apps DBA	3+ years	Must possess the ability to logically design and build databases as well as the skill to review changes to database design to understand how these changes will affect the physical database. Candidate must have have good database troubleshooting and tuning skills, knowledge of building Oracle RAC clusters.
Unix Admin	3+ years	Candidate should have experience with installation, management and support of  Unix Operating System.
