SG USA CATIA V | · CATIA V4 and V5 - Modeling and Assembly · CATIA V5 modules (MD2 + DMN) · CATIA V4 solid modeling and assembly (SBD) · CATIA V5 (R18) E3D modules: Electrical Assembly Design Electrical Part Design Electrical Harness Assembly Electrical Harness Installation Electrical Wire Routing · Wire Harness routing using E3D in CATIA V4 (4.2.5) | ·The candidate should have experience in carrying out Wire Harness Installation for aircrafts on both the Cabinet Side and Ship Side for either business jets or commercial aircrafts. ·He/she should be capable of studying wiring schematics and block diagrams generated by the Electrical group and perform wire harness routing in CATIA. ·The candidate should be capable of carrying out DMU reviews and provide design modification suggestions. ·He/she should also have experience in liaison engineering and should be capable of addressing wire harness installation problems in flight line. ·The candidate should be adept at navigating across the VPM and identifying re-usable components that can be utilized for faster creation of wire harness bundles. |
