talented Java / .NET developers to augment its team that is focused on customizing, configuring, and enhancing an enterprise custom application for a Fortune 500 customer, in the consumer supply chain domain.
Developers will perform the following functions
• Extend the existing platform based on new requirements, without compromising the inherent modularity and extensibility of the platform.
• Identify and implement the most optimal technical solution against new requirements, with high quality.
• Proactively seek better ways of maintaining the solution, in order to meet or exceed service parameters such as availability, scalability, response time etc.
• Adhere to the existing coding, quality and development standards.
• Work collaboratively with the onsite team for facilitating smooth execution of the project/s on schedule.
• Inspire confidence with the end customer with the quality and timeliness of delivery.
• Proactively identify potential issues, and reactively address incidents and other quality issues identified by the users of the system.
Skill/Experience Requirement:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Bachelors degree in Science with advanced computer science education and training
• 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience in developing and supporting large scale applications built in Java, or .NET or Force.com
• Proven experience in architecting complex solutions for a large scale application in a Java or .NET environment.
• Excellent understanding of software development and maintenance methodologies.
• Certification in Java / .NET preferred.
