Anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them Perform complex conceptual analyses and develop innovative solutions Provide explanations and information to others on complex issues Demonstrate expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area Analyze alternatives and recommendations Generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems Should have experience of Webservices, Application Server (WAS/Weblogic), Spring, Struts and Portals. Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage

The desired Skill set will be following:

·          Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience ·           1.5 TO 2.9  years of experience in Java-J2EE development. ·          Should have experience of Webservices, Application Server (WAS/Weblogic), Spring, Struts and Portals. ·          Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills. ·          Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage
