Job Responsibilities :
  • 1.5 -2.9 Years of strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS Development
  • Proficient in Application Deisgner, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine,
    Component Interface, XML Publisher, SQR
  • Should have excellent Analytical & Problem Solving skills.
  • Should posses Good development, testing & Debugging skills.
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC
  • Sound experience in creating test plans
  • Plans, writes, develops, executes & verifies test cases
  • Sound knowledge of SQL query creation, execution and result verification
  • Knowledge of Quality Center testing tool would be added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Databases: Oracle
  • Experience in complex, cross-departmental projects involving multiple platforms
  • Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and act proactively
  • Ability to drive meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings
  • Ability to Work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure
    team work & coordination
  • Should be able to lead the team, guide, support and train where required
  • Previous experience of customer interaction

Job Qualification:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education,
    Correspondence courses are not relevant).
  • Total experience:- 1.5 to 2.9yrs
  • Must have hands on experience on PeopleSoft Development on HCM/HRMS Module.
  • Must have good understanding of SDLC processes
  • Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and act proactively
