- 5+ years of experience in Telecom domain
- Good understanding of eTOM framework, SID, TAM and NGOSS architecture. Strong domain experience in designing solutions based on eTOM Framework / NGOSS Architecture
- Overall knowledge in OSS/BSS areas like Billing, Rating, Order Management Systems, Network Inventory, Mediation and Provisioning
- Good understanding of OSS/BSS landscape, interfaces, data and information exchange requirreements, enabling end to end management of operations and performance as well as the delivery of Next Generation services across diverse platforms.
- Experience in implementing OSS/BSS solutions for Telecom Operators. Demonstrated capability to develop functional specifications based on customer processes.
- Have knowledge / experience of available COTS products and leading technologies in OSS / BSS space.
- Billing COTS products like
- Oracle BRM, LHS-BSCS, Intec-Singleview, Comptel, Kenan Arbor/BP, Geneva, Provisioning, revenue assurance & FMS, Fusion work
- OSS COTS products like
- MetaSolv, Cramer, Granite, Remedy, Infovista for Activation, Inventory, Fault and performance management of wireless 2G, 3G, GSM, CDMA, IP
- Services NetCracker, Axioss, HP, Infovista, Netcool, Metrica and Oblicore etc.
