Skill	Skill Description	Experience
Pega	Strong hands-on Pega/PRPC experience with strong Java/J2EE background. Pega certification (CSA/CSSA) preferred	2-9 years
Mainframe Testing	Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe Testing	2-5 years
Facet Testing	Strong Functional knowledge in the core Facets modules Good experience in Healthcare domain is preferable, experience in Oracle PL/SQL is must	2-7 years
