• Project management experience

• Experience in Business Development, Client Liaison, Business Relationship, IT Governance and General Project Management.
• Enterprise Applications Outsourcing experience – proven ability to develop applications outsourcing solutions, deal structures, transition plans and SLA definitions
• Proven track record of transitioning Applications Management Services to an onshore/offshore model
• Experience with – effort estimation techniques
• Experience with setting road maps for sun-setting applications - Experience with Application portfolio assessment studies
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills
• Client facing, presales and solution design experience. Ability to effectively capture requirements, developing solutions and assisting in proposal development
• Ability to kick start new relationships, managing the transitions and driving the AM engagements to steady state conditions - experience in starting up offshore teams and managing global resources.
