Job Description
- Monitor all networked systems for 24/7 optimal performance;
- Interpret, analyze, and report all events and anomalies;
- Respond to and report on discovered events;
- Monitor server security and investigate security issues;
- Ensure that monitoring systems are up to date and accurate.
- Provide on-call support as required for all server & technical issues.
- Make sure all the Devices are up to date in CMDB and Monitoring Tool.
