• Providing the application support on various platforms
• This profile includes a combination of support on architecture & design side of the product

Technical Skills:

• Candidate should have Knowledge of Operating System (Windows / Linux)
• Candidate should have Practical knowledge on TCP IP
• Candidate should have Good Knowledge of Modems, Routers, ISPs, Ping, File Types, etc.
• Candidate Should have skills to troubleshoot technical issues
• CCNA certification or course would be given an additional advantage
• Willing to work in night shifts - mandatory
