Current Openings:

1. RIM ITSC : (Job Code-IT Helpdesk Analyst)

·      1-3 years IT experience preferably in Technical support voice.
·      Experience with remote/virtual technical support via telephone in a service center or call center environment.
·      Knowledge of Pcs, Servers, VPN, Peripheral devices. Wireless connectivity and industry standard software.
·      Knowledge of Blackberry and PDA support.
·      Experience in Active directory, VPN, Outlook.
·      Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
·      Willingness to work in different time zones (24/7).

2. Deployment Engineering (Job Code – Storage & Deployment)

·      2-3.5 years experience in IT, Software Deployment
·      Required to operate and maintain the Deployment tools such as CA Service Desk, Bladelogic, SharePoint, Digital Code Signing, Digital Certificate issuance, reference Secure Builds, and other similar tools
·      The Deployment Specialist will also be required to support the installation and configuration of third party software required by ADP
·      Extremely Knowledgeable in Operating System Solaris / Linux / AIX
·      Windows 2000/2003 , Windows XP/Vista
·      Should have good knowledge on Development Tools- Bladelogic, SharePoint, Unix Scripts
·      Hands-on experience writing scripts (Perl, VB, PHP) or other scripting languages acceptable
·      Should have good knowledge on Protocols- TCP/IP, NETBIOS, NETBEIU
·      Operating System or Development Certifications are desirable

3. Web Tier Operations (Job Code – System Administration)
Job Responsibilities
·      To help troubleshoot and resolve access, http routing and WebServices related issues in the hosted environments.
·      To handle systems builds (3rd party software) for Apache, SiteMinder, LDAP, Network Devices and PKI.
Skills Required
·      Hands-on Internet / Web Technology (Apache) / networking (F5) experience
·      Hands-on Solaris and/or Linux experience
·      Hands-on SiteMinder experience
·      3+ years total IT experience
·      Knowledge of Internet protocols, topologies and technologies required.
·      Knowledge of Internet Identity, Federation (SAML) and Security concepts is required
·      Knowledge of network design and configuration is desirable

4. Messaging Engineer (Job Code – Sys Admin)
·      Provide messaging engineering (upgrades, 2nd level technical support/administration, backup/recovery, performance measurement and capacity planning) in support of a large, centralized Exchange environment servicing 45,000+ mail clients.
·      Provides support to Helpdesk team resolving escalate issues in Helpdesk for Email related issues
·      Plans or conducts research projects to identify and evaluate emerging Email technologies
·      Design and implement fault tolerant and disaster recovery solutions
·      Designs “proof of concept” scenarios & test cases in support of Email initiatives.
·      Develops plans and strategies to introduce new messaging technologies into the environment
·      Interface with Information Security, Network Engineering, Internet Engineering, Help Desk, Business Partners and functional groups
·      Remain up to date on current & emerging trends in Email/messaging technology

5.Technical Support Manager (Job code - Technical Management)

Duties and Responsibilities
·      Managing a team of call center representatives directly and directing their activities for the achievement of targets and goals.
·      Managing the overall performance analysis of existing lists and programs.
·      Developing and supervising a team of representatives and preparing their performance reports.
·      Monitoring team performance to ensure that the goals are met and supporting quality and training efforts.
·      Measuring and demonstrating the group productivity as well as the individual’s reports related to customer outcomes.
·      Identifying and articulating reporting requirements, which includes targets, specific data, and anticipated outcomes.
·      Identifying, recommending and supporting the implementation of various programs for the improvement of processes.
·      Involve in the recruitment process and prepare the scheduling for the team.
·      Writing and conducting performance evaluations, setting up performance goals and targets and rewards & recognition for team.

Education:
·      A bachelor or masters degree in business or relevant IT field (B.Tech, MCA, MBA)
·      Strong understanding and certification in ITIL foundation/PMP will be added advantage
·      Any one  of the industry accredited certifications like MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, RHCE (Must have)

Experience
·      7-8 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in managing the call center.
·      Experience in Technical call center/leading and mentoring a team of technical staff.

6.Contact Center IVR Development (Voice Build/Implementation Engineer) (Job Code – Others)
This position will develop and implement Contact Center IVR environments and will have responsibility for maintaining the Genesys Systems such as Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and CTI applications.  Person will work as design, develop and implementation Engineer.

Essential Job functions
·      IVR application development using Genesys studio / VXML
·      Deployment / Implement support
·      Vendor break fix coordination
·      Submit change management request for production equipment /systems (Tserver upgrade, application changes, testing, hot fixes etc)
·      Monitoring Genesys Servers through SCI and Internal system reporting tools
·      Project support

Technical Experience Needed
·      Four to Six years experience in IT and 2 to 5 years in Call/Contact Center area. Genesys Framework and Genesys Voice Portal experience is must.
·      Prefer candidate with Genesys Certification.
·      Experience in configuration and troubleshooting issues with IVR is required. An application development experience using Genesys Studio and VXML is must. Familiarity with Media gateway and SIP is Plus.
·      At least 2 to 5 years Hands on experience on Implementation and configuration Genesys Voice Portal and Genesys TServers.  IVR / GVP / Voice XML development is required.  NUANCE Speech recognition experience is plus.

7. Network Engineers (Job Code – Network Engg)
Essential Job functions
·      Perform standard IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Changes) on all Network software and hardware.  Data/call flow input in Core Telephony and Contact Center systems.
·      Provide escalated troubleshooting support for multiple Network systems and technologies (routers, switches, firewall load balancers, network-interconnecting devices), carrier circuits, integration with server and desktop environments.
·      Provide change control information to the Deployment lead.  Work with change management team to identify impacted users of systems that will change.
·      Implement and test production changes according to Detailed Design, Functional Specifications and/or Project plans.  Responsible for hardware and software installations, upgrades, capacity-adds.  Participates in design reviews.
·      Work with vendors in quoting, ordering and procurement of Network software and hardware.  Review accuracy of quotes and quote configurations.  Present budgetary costs to stakeholders.
·      Need to participate in network design projects when needed.

Minimum Requirement
A college degree with an emphasis in engineering or computer science or appropriate work experience.
At least 3 years of experience on the Implementation and configuration of Network Switches, Routers and Firewalls. 
Technical Experience Needed
3-5 years experience in IT. CCNA is mandatory.

IP Networking, VoIP technology, IPSec, TDM Voice, VoIP CPE, Soft Switches, Session Border Controllers, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, Remote Access, SNMP Management, MPLS/VPN, QoS, VACL/ACL, LAN/WAN, knowledge of IPv4, knowledge of IPv6 a plus, Sniffers, LAN Analyzers.  Contact Center technologies such as ACD, CTI, IVR, Call Recording, third party Web Collaboration products.  Level 2 - 100% Support.

Skills
·      Administration and support on all Network software and hardware.
·      Hardware and software installations, upgrades, capacity-adds.  Work with vendors in quoting, ordering and procurement of Networks

8. Application Packaging (Job Code – Packaging)
Required Skills
·      3-6 years of experience in Application Packaging either as MSI and/or EXE’s
·      1-3 years of experience in Application sequencing with Softgrid\Microsoft AppV
·      Good understanding in creation of automated packages, including creation of tools, utilities using WISE macros, WISE Templates, custom resource conflict manager tool, MSI analyzer etc
·      Extensive knowledge on the usage of packaging automation (Symatec Wise , Flexera Adminstudio, AppV sequencing tools) and various related tools)
·      Solid troubleshooting skills in resolving application issues around MSI and AppV
·      Prior experience of System administration/integration is desirable
·      Candidates should be ready to discuss specific applications they packaged in MSI and AppV
·      General understanding of Microsoft SCCM
