CIPET invites application from Indian Nationals possessing excellent academic background for the following Technical & Non-Technical positions :

Technical Positions

Sr. Officer (Technical) / Sr. Lecturer

Pay Band:PB-3 Rs.15600 – 39100 (revised) Grade Pay : Rs.6600/- Pay scale:(Pre-revised)Rs.10000-325-15200

Essential Qualification :

Ph.D. in Engineering/Material Science or in the relevant field of Polymer / Plastics Technology with 3 years experience in the following areas preferred, namely :-
Teaching/Research experience in Academic Institutions of repute is preferred.
Adequate teaching & research experience in the field of Plastics Engineering & Technology, having established reputation and significant contribution to knowledge.
Experience in procuring and delivering the results in social/industrial training and research project including liaison with Govt. agencies. Exposure to quality including Laboratory/Shop Floor Management and relevant qualification in the field would have additional advantage. The Candidate should have first class atleast in Graduate and Post Graduate level.

Officer (Technical) / Lecturer

Pay Band:PB-3 Rs.15600 – 39100 (revised) Grade Pay : Rs.5400/- Pay scale:(Pre-revised) Rs.8000- 275-13500

Essential Qualification:

Fresh Ph.Ds in Engineering/Material Science or in the relevant field of Polymer / Plastics Technology with exposure in the following areas preferred, namely:- ?Teaching/Research experience in Academic Institutions of repute is preferred. ?Adequate teaching & research experience in the field of Plastics Engineering & Technology, having established reputation and significant contribution to knowledge. ?Experience in procuring and delivering the results in social/industrial training and research
project including liaison with Govt. agencies. ?Exposure to quality including Laboratory/Shop Floor Management and relevant qualification in
the field would have additional advantage.The Candidate should have first class atleast in Graduate and Post Graduate level.

Graduate Engineer Trainees

Consolidated Pay: Rs.12,000/- per month.

Essential Qualification :

2 years Full time M.E, / M.Tech. in Engineering / Material Science or in the relevant field of Polymer / Plastics Technology. The Candidate should have first class in Graduate and Post Graduate level.
Note : During the initial training period of one year, they shall be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.12000/- per month. After successful completion of training period, they shall be placed on contract for one year in the pay band 15600 – 39100 (Basic+GP+DA). On successful completion of the contract period, they shall be placed in the regular scale (Basic + GP + DA +Allowances) of pay.

Technician Gr – III

Pay Band:PB-2 Rs.5200-20200 (revised)Grade pay-Rs.2000. Pay scale:(Pre-revised) Rs.3200-85- 4900.

Essential Qualification :

Diploma in Mech/Polymer/Plastic or equivalent with 2 years experience in the relevant field / Diploma with PG Diploma in Tool / Die / CAD/CAM/CAE / Computer Science with 1 year experience in the relevant field / Graduate with PG Diploma in Processing / Testing with 1 year experience in the relevant field.
Experience / Skill sets :

• Experience in the following areas, namely,
• Plastic Mould Design
• CAD / CAM (Knowledge of Hardware & Networking, Operating Systems & Languages)
• Tool Room
• Testing & Quality Control
• Plastic Processing

Technician Trainees

Consolidated Pay: Rs.6,000/- per month.

Essential Qualification :

Diploma in Mech./Polymer/Plastic Technology or equivalent / PG Diploma in Tool / Die / CAD/CAM/CAE (Knowledge of Hardware & Networking, Operating Systems & Languages)/ Computer Science/ Graduate with PG Diploma in Processing / Testing
Note : During the initial training period of one year, they shall be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs.6000/- per month. After successful completion of training period, they shall be placed on contract for one year in the pay band 5200 – 20200 (Basic+GP+DA). On successful completion of the contract period, they shall be placed in the regular scale (Basic + GP + DA + Allowances) of pay.

Non Technical Positions

Sr. Officer (Finance & Accounts)

Pay Band:PB-3 Rs.15600 – 39100 (revised) Grade Pay : Rs.6600/- Pay scale:(Pre-revised)Rs.10000-325- 15200

Essential Qualification

Degree and 2 years Full time Post Graduate Degree in MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA from a recognized institute and 5 years relevant post qualification experience. Degree in Law is desirable.

Experience / Skill sets :

• Thorough knowledge of Government Financial Rules
• Direct and Indirect Tax Law
• Hands on knowledge of budgeting and cost accounting practices
• Capable of implementing electronic & modern methods of book keeping
• Internal consultant on matters of Service Tax, Excise and Sales tax
• Finalization of financial budgets and accounts including internal / statutory audit
• MIS on funds flow, project costing, internal revenue generation
• Resource Mobilization thru’ plan & non plan funds of GOI
• Funds Management
• Financial Planning
• Insurance Activities
• Arranging finance for purchases
• Exposure in FERA guidelines
• Exposure to Computerised Accounting
• Hands on Experience in Administration Functions
