Persistent systems is inviting professionals for the following Skill Sets.

1. Java – Front End Engineer

• 2 to 7 years of software development experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
• Expertise in designing and implementing web-based user interfaces using Java, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, DHTML and CSS
• Good knowledge of MVC and J2EE architectures and patterns
• Expertise with SOAP, XML, and other Web 2.0 technologies
• Strong understanding of network programming and concurrency issues in Java
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with full life cycle for multiple versions of a commercial software product

2. Java – Back End Engineer

• Designing and developing high performance and scalable applications which will be used by millions of users.
• 2 to 7 years of software development experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
• Expertise in designing and implementing high performance scalable applications in Java based technologies
• Knowledge of Web technologies, Web standards & protocols
• Knowledge of other languages like Perl, JSP, Servlets
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with full life cycle for multiple versions of a commercial software product

Pre-requisites for all the above positions:

1. BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS in computer science /MCA or equivalent
2. The candidate should have 3 – 7 years of professional experience
3. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
