Position: Senior System Engineer/Project Leader -Hardware Development.
No. of positions- 3;
Qualification: BE in E&C / Telecommunication / EEE / Instrumentation.

Required skills: 4-6 years Experience in High Speed Digital Design and
Product development.
Familiarity with Freescale controllers and other state of art 16/32 bit
processors.
Good knowledge of Architecture design/Conceptual Design, Detailed
Schematics design is required.
Knowledge of Memory interfaces, cPCI Bus interface, Analog and Digital
I/O interfaces is is expected.
Design Analysis, Knowledge of Cost Vs Performance Tradeoff is essential.
Knowledge of protection circuits, Safety Requirements, Derating aspects
is expected.
Design for Testability and Manufacturability is a must.
Knowledge of HW Verification and validation, Hardware Software
Integration test, preparation of Test Reports is a must.
Familiarity with Design requirements with respect to MIL461 and MIL810
is essential.
Shall be good in troubleshooting and debugging.
Knowledge of Reliability as per MIL217F and FMEA is essential.
He shall able give inputs to CAD team for board design and PCB board
manufacturing.
Good Documentation skills is expected. Desirable: Knowledge of aerospace
design standards, familiarity with DO160 Tests, Environmental and
EMI/EMC tests.
Engineers having Aerospace background and knowledge of DO254 shall have
added advantage.

Softskills: Good Team player, customer focus, ability to work against
tight deadlines, Positive attitude and should be flexible.
