Essential Experience Profile
1+ years experience in Administration of CA Unicenter NSM 3.0 or later versions.
Windows OS essential knowledge.
Ability to communicate (both written and oral) information clearly and effectively at all levels
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Understands business operations and system requirements processes.
Desired Experience Profile
Administration Experience NSM software.
Knowledge in Network fundamentals and experience 24/7 support.
