Should have executed the complete SDLC using .net framework. Should have atleast 6months of experience in SSIS/SSRS Should have experience on asp.net, C# and SQL server Should have experience with some of the following technologies: Server technologies (Windows 2003, Windows 2008), Client technologies (HTML DHTML, XML, Silverlight, Windows Presentation Foundation, AJAX, JQuery, JSON) Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute). Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms. Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff. Receives general direction with occasional work review on other aspects. Provides team leadership in areas of specific technical knowledge that is frequently sought out by others with significant experience in a single, complex development environment or across multiple platforms. Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis Identify and design most efficient and cost effective solution through research and evaluation of alternatives. Assist with design or enhancements of straightforward aspects of less complex systems. Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance. Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems. Evaluate new enhancement request and solution to work. Assist in evaluating alternative protocols, tools, standards and systems investments. Helps to develop project cost and benefit estimates, including identification and evaluation of alternatives. Able to provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues to lower level staff on a project team. Able to act as in charge project leader for smaller projects or in temporary absence of project leader / manager. Take ownership of the assigned applications

Job Qualification:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). Total experience:- 1.5 to 2.9yrs Should have atleast 6months of experience in SSIS/SSRS Must have good understanding of SDLC processes Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and act proactively
