Job Profile: Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical support to customers
by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products.

Training Duration: 12 months                    

Skills Required:
Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
