There is pool campus for first time in Amdocs for Fresher:

Below are the pre requisites and its very particular about 60%  Aggregate :

• Skill – Fresher (Java / C / C++)
• Educational Qualification – BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech – (IT/ E&TC /E&C /Comp Sci ONLY ) /MCA Graduates ONLY
• Percentage criteria -  60% (Aggregate of all Semesters) & above throughout academics, individually in 10th, 12th & Graduation, Postgrad.
• Year of passing qualifying degree – 2011 ONLY
• Should not have any “Year Down”  / Backlog during any course - 10th, 12th, Grad, PG.
• Should not have attempted the Amdocs test in the past 1 yr.

Job Description
Architecture and design - Prepares the technical design of the technology components within the module
Development- Implements (hands-on) the module components based on Sapient and industry best practices
Client Interaction - Interacts with a client (their senior developers and architects) to create technology specifications from business
Planning Tracking & Estimation - Estimates the implementation and deployment of the module based on design architecture, testing strategy and overall project plan
Documentation - Documents the technical design using UML, suitable design patterns in the form of technical design narrative, object models, sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams
Strong experience in Java , J2ee, Spring / Hibernate, JDK, Database
Full time Bachelor/Master’s degree is essential
