SUMMARY of JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
As a part of Portal team, the candidate is required to provide technical solutions for the new application going to develop and for the enhancement of existing Portal applications. Also he/she will be able to provide technical & functional support for the application described below.
Application, “NCR Employee Portal” is designed to provide personalized information and business processes to a variety of audience using unified administration. NCR Employee Portal serves as a single entry point to NCR internal resources like Outlook, Sales component etc.

Functional Responsibilities and Skills Required:
As part of Portal Team, this position requires candidate to
• Understand the complete functionality of the application.
• Provide technical support to the issue reported.
• Work with the Development team on application enhancements.
• Provide resolution to issues with in the defined SLAs.
• Provide status reports on time.

Desired Education/Experience to perform the function:
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.
• 3-4 years working experience having following expertise:

Required Skills
• PHP, Java, JavaScript, AJAX
• Object Oriented Principles, Design Patterns.
• Need to be detailed-quality oriented.
• Ability to be a team player but work independently.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
