A weekend event for Employee Referral is scheduled for Service Desk Professionals on Saturday , May 22, 2010 at Noida, Campus .

Kindly ask your referrals, meeting the specifications, to come directly to the venue with resume . Resume must mention your name and your employee id.

All positions are based out of Noida.

Specifications for Service Desk Professionals:

L2 Support
Required Skills:
L2 Level Desktop Support
Exp: 2-4 Yrs experience in Desktop and laptop related troubleshooting
Candidates with MCSE or CCNA Certifications will be preferred
Graduation from reputed University
Excellent Communication Skills

Job Description:
Provide remote resolution front line support for Desktop, Workstations, Laptop and other technologies as required.
Resolve all RS Tickets or Requests to customer satisfaction and within their Service Level agreements.
