CRITERIA:

Powertrain Engineering

Engineer/Senior Engineer – Transmission Design

BE/ B.Tech in (Mechanical/Automobile Engineering)

4 to 10 years of experience in Automotive - Manual/Automatic Transmission Design. Should have excellent GD&T skills, Knowledge of Performing Tolerance Stack-up Analysis and Very Good Drawing Reading Skills. Experience in Unigraphics - Modeling, Detailing and Assembly. Very Good Knowledge of Manufacturing and Assembly. Exposure to Development and Validation of Transmission Sub Systems and Components.


Design Release Engineer – Transmission

M.E/M.Tech/ B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical or Automobile Engineering)

5 to 10 years of experience in the Product Development of Automatic/Manual Transmissions and should have the following skills. In-Depth knowledge of Transmission Product Development Cycle i.e. Design, Development and Validation of Transmission components. Experience in performing Design Calculations, Drawing Releases, Writing SORs, Conducting DFMEA/PFMEA. Technical Reviews with Global Suppliers and resolution of field issues. Very Good understanding of GD&T, Tolerance Stacks and should be able to apply GD&T to new drawings. Excellent knowledge of Engineering materials and manufacturing process related to Transmission parts. Experience in working with Global companies, teams and suppliers is an added advantage
