ROLE-WISE DESCRIPTION:
Functional Project Manager
- 8 - 10 years of SAP experience in implementation, Upgrades, Rollout and mid-large scale ASM projects
- Hands-on ability to blueprint, configure, engage and lead in technical customer discussions


Service Delivery Manager 
-Over 10 years of SAP experience managing large ASM deals with exposure in an onshore-offshore model
- Exposure desired in complete lifecycle of ASM deals like Solutioning, Transition, Steady State, Optimization
- Promotion of the HCL AXON brand, services and best practice approaches
- Supporting pre-sales in the evaluation process and identification of enterprise services
- Support in the implementation phase and support to the implementation leadership team


Functional / Transformational Architect
- Over 12 years of techno - functional experience in the specific module
- Should have multiple types of SAP implementation project exposure
- Should be able to provide technology consulting adivces to customers
- Develop methodologies, templates, tools and services to offer value added solutions to customers
- Design architecture based on process requirements, application and system landscape.


For the aforementioned roles, candidates should have managed teams of 15 to 200 members, should be familiar with quality models and should have good client management skills.
