Job Description:

·         Able to provide solution for critical automation testing needs and should have worked in agile environments for ongoing test execution

·         Must be able to script, review and execute automated test scripts, collect and analyze results
·         Owns a client business problem and translate them into business and leadership application architecture
·         Ability to effectively communicate business issues and needs at a senior level and how technology supports those requirements

Qualification:

·         Minimum of 10 years of experience in Testing, Test Automation and end to end testing life cycle
·         Should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in end to end Test Automation, technical leadership, mentoring, test consulting etc
·         Should have excellent knowledge in Automation testing concepts, framework design and development, basic sql skills and basic development skills
·         Strong working knowledge of automation testing tools like QTP, RFT, Selenium, Watir etc
·         Ability to do analysis of test cases and come out with automation approach and solution
·         Should have excellent communication skills



Performance Architect – Sr. Advisor

Job Description
·         Able to provide solution for critical performance testing needs and should have worked in agile environments for ongoing test execution aligned with delivery cycle
·         Must be able to script, review and execute automated test scripts, collect and analyze results.
·         Owns a client business problem and translate them into business and application architecture
·         Ability to effectively communicate business issues and needs at a senior leadership level and how technology supports those requirements.

·         Maintains leading edge technical knowledge on emerging technical products.

Qualification:
·         Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in End to end Testing life cycle

Strong working knowledge of performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, VSTS, TestMaker etc
Strong working knowledge of various system performance monitoring utilities such as perfmon, vmstat, top, iostat, sar, etc
Experience with application profilers like Yourkit, Jprofiler, Jprobe etc and have identified complex system performance bottlenecks
Ability to do root cause analysis on performance testing results and identify bottlenecks
Should have excellent communication skills

Test Manager

Location: Noida
Job Description:

·         Designs, develops and reviews test scenarios, test cases, and business requirements
·         Verifies the quality of the requirements, including testability, requirement definition, test design, test-script and test-data               
development, test automation, test-environment configuration; test script configuration management, and test execution
·         Test planning, test-design and test procedure walk-through and inspections
·         Root cause analysis and defect tracking
·         Technical leadership for the test program including test approach

Required Skill:

Job Description
·         Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge or related networking disciplines
·         Full understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking including design elements including cost versus performance tradeoffs, protocol interoperability, network architecture development and requirements for testing / proof of concept.
·         Advanced knowledge of platform operation systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols) and how they interact with the network.
·         Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support wireless infrastructures.
·         Advanced skills in gathering requirements and designing/implementing/supporting network solutions.
