Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. Identify and design most efficient and cost effective solution through research and evaluation of alternatives. Develops innovative approaches. Independently communicate with business partners to resolve issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines. Document suggestions for continuous process improvements for both OM and development activities.    Experience in Client handling.  Developing and maintaining standards, common processes and best practices Guiding, training, instructing and assisting others on a variety of technical issues

Eligibility Criteria's:

1.5 - 2.9 yrs or more experience in Pl/SQL applications that integrate data from multiple sources into multiple targets Background in healthcare industry applications development   Experience with UNIX and shell scripting is required   Experience with  Oracle SQL / PLSQL. Experience with UNIX Operating System commands and shell scripting Experience with AutoSys job control/scheduling Knowledge of systems development life cycle   Experience with  OM processes  is desirable Ability to work independently to recommend and develop solutions Outstanding communication and presentation skills working across multiple geographies, business functions and teams Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or other relevant degree, or 5+ years in one or more aspects of information systems development Prior experience in Healthcare preferred.   Willing to work in shifts
