position will develop and implement Contact Center IVR environments and
will have responsibility for maintaining the Genesys Systems such as
Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) and CTI applications. Person will work as
design, develop and implementation Engineer.
Essential Job functions
· IVR application development using Genesys studio / VXML
· Deployment / Implement support
· Vendor break fix coordination
· Submit
change management request for production equipment /systems (Tserver
upgrade, application changes, testing, hot fixes etc)
· Monitoring Genesys Servers through SCI and Internal system reporting tools

Technical Experience Needed
· Four

area. Genesys Framework and Genesys Voice Portal experience is must.

7. Network Engineers (Job Code – Network Engg)
Essential Job functions
· Perform
standard IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Changes) on all Network software
and hardware. Data/call flow input in Core Telephony and Contact Center
systems.
· Provide
escalated troubleshooting support for multiple Network systems and
technologies (routers, switches, firewall load balancers,
network-interconnecting devices), carrier circuits, integration with
server and desktop environments.
· Provide
change control information to the Deployment lead. Work with change
management team to identify impacted users of systems that will change.
· Implement
and test production changes according to Detailed Design, Functional
Specifications and/or Project plans. Responsible for hardware and
software installations, upgrades, capacity-adds. Participates in design
reviews.

Present budgetary costs to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirement
A college degree with an emphasis in engineering or computer science or appropriate work experience.
At least 3 years of experience on the Implementation and configuration of Network Switches, Routers and Firewalls.
Technical Experience Needed
3-5 years experience in IT. CCNA is mandatory.
