Java Developers - ( 3 -5 Years)	Must have the knowledge on Java, Servelts, JSP, Struts,  Spring,  Java Script and XML. Must have the knowledge  on Websphere application server and  Oracle/SQL server database knowledge. Perform production support activities by providing issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLA, depending on the severity of the issue. Must have an good communication skill and Customer interaction and  Working with defect fixing.  Resource must work for night shift on call permanently after a month time. Must have to work independently after KT complete Looking for 3 + Years experience resource  with Java/ JEE background. Resource have an knowledge on hibernate,  Ajax, Web service and  Portal development. Added advantage if resource aware of CMS, Harvest, FTP tool. We have production support coverage on 3 different shift throughout the week and resource should work for either shift 1 [between either 6.30 PM IST and 3.30 AM IST ]   or  Shift 2 [3.30 AM IST and 11.30 AM IST] after KT completion. Resource must work for shift1 oncall coverage permanently after a month time.	Chandigarh
