Education Qualification: Any graduate 3. RIM ITSC : (Job Code-IT Helpdesk Analyst) ·      1-3 years IT experience preferably in Tech Support Voice support. ·      Experience with remote/virtual technical support via telephone in a service center or call center environment. ·      Knowledge of Pcs, Servers, VPN, Peripheral devices. Wireless connectivity and industry standard software. ·      Knowledge of Blackberry and PDA support. ·      Experience in Active directory, VPN, Outlook. ·      Excellent verbal & written communication skills. ·      Willing to work in different time zones (24/7). ·      Open for night shifts.
